Internships provide eligible participants with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional sports environment and to work alongside team owners and coaching staff in roles that interest them. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about the day-to-day operations of a soccer club, to develop their skills and knowledge, and to network with others in the industry.
West Seattle FC is now accepting applications for our 2027 internship program, running May through July during our USL League Two and USL W League seasons. Interns will work directly with our front office to support both Junction FC and Rhodies FC across a variety of departments, including Team Operations, Finance & Accounting, Photography & Videography, Merchandising & Retail Operations, Gameday Broadcast Operations, and Ticketing.
